User Accounts

Business Listings
By submitting a business listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority to list the business
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- Your listing does not violate any laws or regulations
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains viruses or malicious code
- Violates the privacy of others
- Is false or misleading
Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not contain:
- Discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive language
- Personal information about others
- Promotional content or spam
- False or misleading statements
Disclaimer
The materials on ITM Business Community are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Limitations
In no event shall ITM Business Community or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ITM Business Community.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
